August Meeting Notes

🥳New Members 🥳- no new members this month, however Chuck brought Darrell Hiatt as a guest.
🇺🇸Happy 250th America! 🇺🇸
📚Review of Last Month📚- a group headed out last month for the Williams Canyon Run. The weather was amazing. The group was small, but the fund was big! Everyone handed up to the Grand Canyon, some on two wheels and some on the train. We had a great Happy Hour at Grand Canyon brewery the first night and a wonderful close out at dj‘s wild West before everyone headed home.
The annual BMMC summer party was on the 18th and about 50 of our members huddled together for a great time! A big thank you to Jim and Marie Bowen for hosting with the wonderful live entertainment and very yummy food!

The board of directors meeting is Monday.
August 12 is the dinner social at The Creek.
The Premier Ride is coming up quickly! There was full update on the ride going over the daily events and groups gatherings. The group is headed out on the 19th and it is sure to be an amazing time. A big BMMC thank you to Kathi & Tom Dennis for working so hard to plan what is sure to be an AWESOME time!
In September, we have a 2 night ride to New Mexico and Bisbee hosted by Robeys. Please RSVP and Book your hotel.
The October ride is to Christopher Creek.
November we have the Veterans Day Ride & we have another ride hosted by Tom Clement’s as well as Birds on Bikes.
And don’t forget in December will be hosting the Holiday party as well as Frosty Balls ride.
⚠️Safety⚠️ - Tom spoke about the necessity for great tires and a strong battery on any trip.
💃WOW!! 💃- there will not be a while meeting this month due to a jammed BMMC calendar.
