On Friday we had six, by Saturday morning we had 12 members who were treated to a private farm tour by my friend Steve Powell, the owner of Peter Rabbit Farms. Steve explained the cooling system and storage at their plant, we went over the equipment in the yard, and went to the field and saw dates, carrots, brussel sprouts, and bell peppers being grown in the field. Everyone was very engaged, asked a lot of questions, and had a great time as well afterwards at lunch. Thank you everyone for attending, I thought it went very well, and the interaction and interest was great to see!
