November Meeting Notes
Welcome BMMC members! A special thank you to Kathi Dennis for taking notes and pictures today as well as Tanya Sarkisian for sending them my way while I am at home resting.
🥳New Members 🥳- J Apple and Shannon & Doug McDowell
📚Review of Last Month📚- Mike did a review of last month. He started with a wonderful reminder of Veterans Day. All vets were recognized and were recognized. 57 attended last month’s meeting and a refresher on the Cool Cats trip to Palm Springs. Such an amazing trip with an exceptional hotel and happy hour!
🕦Up & Coming🕦- on Nov 11th we have the Veterans Day ride, meet at McDonalds at 945. Chuck not here to add details, lunch at Dillons after. On the 15th day ride to the Queen Creek Olive Mill. John Robby presented the details with Steve Greta but started with breast cancer awareness hats that he “raffled off via trivia”. John passed around the Queen Creek menu. Meet at 830, at the Fountain Hills Chevron, arrive in a few hours, live music and yummy food all day. Steve thanked John for all of the pre-work! Make sure to sign up ASAP
19th Dinner Social at the Creek
24th Birds on Bikes has been nixed, but a small group may still ride down, so please donate and a flyer will be sent out with more details. Gerry gave a quick overview, turkeys or donations are welcome.
Dec 6th is the Annual Christmas Party, deadline is Dec 1. Cost is 80/person. Wendy and Tanya both spoke and presented details. All are welcome so please RSVP ASAP. We are back to the Armenian Church with a new caterer and wine and beer.
Dec 20th is the Frosty Balls Ride, more details in December
Elections: Wendy Tom and Mike were all re-elected and thanks to Dave Slepak who will also be joining the Board effective immediately!
Premier Ride 2026, many suggestions were submitted and all will be reviewed and then presented to the group!
New Menu added oatmeal instead of French Toast
Lucia spoke about the new Pajama Drive that she will be spearheading “Pajamas for Arizona Kids”. Birthday to 18 years old. 2000 PJs are needed. Sorting Party on December 8th at St Gabriels at 10 AM. Collections will be Dec 6th at the breakfast meeting. PJ’s, Money, Books all can be donated
💃WOW!! 💃- Don’t forget the wow meeting is on the last Wednesday of the month. Stay tuned for details. The next meeting will be Thursday Nov 20th at Betsy Wheelers and December 16th TBD. We met this past week at The Yard for a yummy dinner!
