Pajama Program Donations
Greetings Friends!
Here is an update on the very successful pajama and book donations that we received.
BMMC members donated 95 pairs of pajamas, 41 books and $765 in cash and checks. The monetary donations that we received were very helpful in purchasing the pajamas that were needed to fulfill a request from an agency.
I wish you all could have been at St. Gabriel’s Church as the agencies came to pick up the donations. They were so very grateful and kept on telling us how thankful they were to give new pajamas and books to the children, especially at that time of year.
This accomplishment is not achieved alone – it was because of your efforts that something as basic as a pair of pajamas and a book made a child feel comforted at bedtime.
So a very big thank you to all of you who donated, helped to sort, ship and box up the donations. You contributed to making a difference in the lives of these very special children and we thank you for that!
