šReview of Last Monthš- 64 people at the breakfast meeting last month.Ā At the board meeting we welcome David Slepak who also stepped up and will be our new Safety Director. If you are interested in the board meetings, a reminder notes are posted on the BMMC website. Ā We had a great Veterans Day ride with about 25 people.Ā A big thank you to Chuck and Carleen for leading another great ride. Ā Our dinner social at the Creek was packed with no seating room left.Ā Then on the 15th we had a ride to the Queen Creek Olive mill hosted by John Robbey.Ā About 35 people attending making it a fun day. Ā Gerry Russell hosted Birds on Bikes and a small groups of members brought turkeys to St Vincent de Paul.Ā They even made the Channel 12 evening news. Check out our Facebook group for the video.
We had a new member survey where members gave some great suggestions for 2026.Ā Thank you for your help to make BMMC better for all of us.
š¦Up & Comingš¦- Tonight is the annual Christmas Party with 80 members.Ā We start at 5pm and dinner is served at 6pm. You can bring your own alcohol but it has to be in a bag/cooler and given to the bartender, you canāt keep it at your table.Ā A big thank you to Tanya and Carleen for all your hard work.
Diner social is next week on the 17th at The Creek.Ā We also have the Frosty Balls ride on the 20th to the River Bottom hosted by Mike Viola & Nancy Lohmeier. It is sure to be a fun day, please join us.
Your 2026 BMMC board voted.Ā Going forward the board positions are:
President - Mike Calantropio
Vice President - Wendy Dickerman
Secretary - Gina Monk
Treasurer - Tom Dennis
They recently met and put together the 2026 ride calendar.Ā January - day ride to Mini car museum, March is the Poker Run. Ā April is our first overnight to Chino with an optional overnight in Prescott.Ā May to Baghdad or Kirkland, June will be a 2 night ride to Williams with a train ride optional. August will be the Premier ride to Southwest Utah - Zion, Bruce Canyon and more.Ā September a 2 night in McNary, AZ and over to New Mexico.Ā October is a day ride to Christopher Creek. November Veterans Day ride and a ride to Aguila - Tomās Ride.Ā Birds on bikes also in November.Ā December the Christmas party and our Frosty Balls ride. Betsy handed out calendars to the group.
ā ļøSafetyā ļø - our new safety director David Slepak gave a safety briefing today.Ā We are responsible for our own safety, comfort, fun, and getting home in one piece.
1 - make sure you are prepared to ride - the right safety gear, helmet, jacket, gloves, etc.
We will be publishing a list of all the things you can bring on your bike to be prepared for a ride.

The pajama drive is a huge success.Ā Lucia is so thankful for all the BMMc support in this new endeavor for her.Ā Jackie Phillips and her organization the Womenās Group presented a $500 check to the Pajama for Arizona Kids drive.
šWOW!! š- the ladies had a great social on Thursday.Ā They even invited the men to join and had some fun shopping.Ā A special thank you to Colleen for organizing this special event.Ā Donāt forget the WOW meeting is next week on the 16th at Catherineās.

All the board members who worked so tirelessly to help make this successful.Ā Wayne Winslow for setting up the audio at our meetings.Ā Nancy Lohmeier for helping with all the breakfast meetings.
