My dear BMMC Members,

I wanted to thank you all for the prayers, meals and donations. This is a perfect example of our club coming together.

I was discharged 3 days ago and it’s nice to be home. I have all my doctor’s appointments set in addition to my physical therapy and occupational therapy appointments scheduled and hoping for continued improvement but realize it’s going to be a long journey.

I sure miss being around you all and was looking forward to seeing you at Saturday’s breakfast meeting, but after further thinking about it, I decided I still need more healing and rest.
