The Honor flight lunch on October 24 is shaping up to be a great day.  We have quite a few volunteers already on the list who will be there to help us greet veterans as they arrive for their reunion lunch.  Below is the list that I have so far. Hi everyone — sharing this in case anyone feels moved to help. The son of someone I know was in a serious motorcycle accident yesterday and is facing an amputation. No pressure at all.  Just sharing as she requested.

Dear Friends!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated to Pajamas For Arizona’s Kids.  We had a fantastic start, collecting over 3,300 pairs of PJs and 1,200 books from donors like you.

Our mission to provide a new pair of pajamas and a book to young children whose families are in crisis has been achieved through your generosity.

I recently had the opportunity to attend an event hosted by Native Health called Cookies with Santa, and I actually gave out the new PJs to the children.  I wish you could have seen their excitement.

Thank you all again for your generosity, and here’s to a very Happy and Healthy 2026.
