Premier Ride to Temecula California

UPDATE:  As discussed at the June breakfast meeting, there have been a couple changes made resulting from the pre-ride the hosts recently completed.  These chnanges will provide for a safer, more enjoyable ride and overall better experience.

Departure Date:

Based on the route we have chosen to take (staying off the interstates as much as possible) and the overall distance to the hotel in Temecula, the decision was made to change the departure date for the club led ride to Tuesday, Sept 24th rather than Wednesday, Sept 25th, with an overnight stop in Brawley, CA.  Hotel information is below. 

Hotels in Brawley:

Best Western Plus Main Street Inn – rooms are over $200/night.    

Brawley Inn Hotel & Conference Center – rooms at $99/night. (recommended)

Hotel in Temecula:

As explained in the initial ride announcement, none of the hotels in Temecula seem to be interested in hosting our group so we were unable to secure a block of rooms anywhere. Some members have already booked rooms at the Best Western Plus Temecula Wine Country Hotel & Suites based on the first email that was distributed. You can certainly keep your reservation there however, the recent visit to this hotel determined that the parking situation there is not optimal so we are recommending that you book or rebook reservations at the Hampton Inn & Suites Temecula. As stated, there is no room block or guaranteed rate for the club so use whatever discounts you can get on the website (AAA, senior, military, etc.) or by calling.

Both hotels are within a 15-minute walk to the main street / downtown Temecula area and are 5 minutes from each other.
