Important!! Registration time has been changed. Registration opens at 9am to closes at 9:45am
BRING CASH Also PLEASE bring cash (exact change if you can) on Saturday for Registration. We CANNOT accept credit or debit cards for your registration fee. Also, we are doing a 50/50 raffle so bring cash for that too! We are giving away some great prices - HD earbuds, restaurant and motorcycle shop gift cards to name a few!
FIRST STOP - Registration Heart and Soul Cafe - See Map (4705 E Carefree Hwy, Cave Creek, AZ 85331) Heart and Soul Cafe has a full breakfast menu, opens at 8am, so arrive early and enjoy a great breakfast before heading out. REGISTRATION OPENS at 9:00AM (closes at 9:45AM) with the first riders out as soon as they register. Your ride map and directions will be provided at registration, along with your Poker Sheets. Riders and passengers will purchase score sheets and draw their first card(s) before departing. $25.00 will purchase a score sheet and a Biker Lunch at the destination. Additional (non meal) poker hands may be purchased for $15.00
YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN GUEST WAIVER FORMS BMMC welcomes non-member and guest participation, however, we require that ALL non-member and guest participants complete and turn in a BMMC Waiver of Liability Form which will be available at registration on Saturday.
