About the Event
We hope to see you on June 14 th on a modified version of one of BMMC’s favorite rides
and one of the best day rides in Arizona.
Our destination is the newly renovated Kirkland Saloon and Steakhouse. The ride will take us within four miles of Bagdad to take advantage of the beautiful and curvy route 97 to route 96 ending in Kirkland. The route is the reverse direction of our usual ride.
The scenic ride through the desert and mountains is full of beautiful desert vegetation and
interesting rock formations. The two-lane paved roads are full of sweeps and twisties, but
fun for all riding levels. Lunch is at the Kirkland Saloon and Steak House. The new owners are restoring the 1863 building and have brought in a new chef
