High Country Loop Ride

Join your fellow BMMC Club members for a cool ride through the pines to a great lunch destination on Saturday October 21st.

We will meet at the Fort McDowell Chevron gas station on the Beeline HWY at approx. 8:00 AM, ride meeting at 8:15, kickstand up at 8:30. 

The route is a familiar one north on 87 through Pine & Strawberry (There will be a bio stop in Payson).  Then continue north to the junction

with HWY 260 west through Camp Verde.  Then up I-17 a short way to the Cornville exit, then turning right on Page Springs Road to “Up the

Creek” restaurant.  

NOTE: We will be turning west on Hwy 260 which is BEFORE the

“rough road” warning on Hwy 87.

Chef Jim has prepared a menu for us which includes:

1. Caesar salad with chicken

2. Verde chicken sandwich- marinated chicken breast, Swiss cheese lettuce, tomato, red onion,

green chili, avocado, chipotle mayo, Mixed sweet potato/regular fries

3. Page Springs burger- ½ lb Angus beef, cheddar cheese, green chili, mushrooms, lettuce

tomato, red onion, chipotle mayo, mixed fries

4. Fish and chips- beer battered cod, mixed fries, cole slaw.

5. House-made veggie burger, Swiss cheese, avocado, chipotle mayo, mixed fries

The cost is $25 per person for one of the options above which includes

coffee, tea, or a soft drink and gratuity. We are requesting CASH

ONLY at the door to make things faster and easier for the restaurant

staff.

It’s a great venue with a private room and good food - a delightful

setting.  Total miles one way approx. 150.
