The Grand Canyon is one of the seven natural wonders of the world for a reason.
Simply standing on the canyon’s rim and viewing the vast, breathtaking scenery
below is enough to understand why this national park attracts almost six million
visitors each year.
This year, BMMC returns to Grand Canyon on June 9 th for a 2-night overnight to
ride, eat, drink, dance, and get to know your fellow BMMC members.

Departure Time, Location and Route:
On Friday Morning June 9 th we will meet at the Shell gas station at E Dynamite
Blvd. & N Alma School Rd. - 10989 E Dynamite Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85262
- Arrive at 8:15 am
- Ride Captain briefing at 8:30am
- Rider Briefing at 8:45am
- First group departs at 9:00am
You can gas up here, but please be sure you have had your breakfast and that
your bike is ready to roll (tire pressure, tire tread, etc.).
Please Note: This is a short 255-mile ride to our destination in Tusayan, AZ.
It’s 85.7 miles to first gas/rest stop.

Lunch in Morman Lake, AZ:
Lunch reservations have been arranged at the Morman Lake Lodge.

hosted by BMMC, and light appetizers will be served.
Dinner Friday Evening:
Dinner on your own – stay and enjoy the Big E Steakhouse or there is a Mexican
restaurant right across the street.
Breakfast Saturday AM:
Complimentary at Holiday Inn Express, included with your room.
Grand Canyon Ride Saturday 8:00 AM:
Entry to the park is by fee or a pass.
Once you are in Grand Canyon Park, you are free to explore and ride wherever
you like. However, there will be a led ride to a couple of scenic overlooks, then
on to a lunch stop. After lunch, you are free to continue riding through the park
and return to Tusayan at your leisure.
