About the Event
Please join your fellow BMMC members on the first overnight trip of 2023. We will be riding up to Cottonwood for the night and taking a ride on the scenic Verde Canyon Railroad.
Meet up:

Hotel:
We have 25 rooms blocked at the following hotel for the night of April 15 th at a group rate of $239.00. It
is high season in that area so there are not many rooms available so please book as soon as possible.
The hotel is also offering this rate for anyone who may want to ride up on Friday and spend an extra
night in the Cottonwood area. The rate includes a hot & cold breakfast buffet.

The Verde Canyon Railroad is a 4-hour trip from Clarksdale to Perkinsville and back following the banks
of the Verde River. The train leaves from the depot in Clarksdale (4.3 miles from hotel) at 1:00.
Everyone needs to book their own tickets for the train by calling them directly at 800-582-7245. The
price for the ticket is $119.00 + taxes. There are discounts available for AAA, military, etc.
IMPORTANT: Since we were unable to hold seats, in order to be seated together in the same car, you
must provide the following reservation number when purchasing your tickets.

That evening there will be club sponsored happy hour back at the hotel. We have also secured a
conference room with an adjacent patio for the evening for a club sponsored Happy Hour and
socializing.
Sunday’s ride home will be on your own.

join us for the ride up to Cottonwood and Happy Hour with your friends and fellow riders.
