Cruisin to Creekside Steakhouse Ride Review and Slideshow

3^rd Saturday Lunch Ride to Christopher Creek

 On Saturday, June 18th, (46) very enthusiastic BMMC members on (35) motorcycles joined Ride Hosts, Bill Diem and Marcia Henderson for a scenic and fun ride to Christopher Creek.

 It was a glorious Arizona morning and members were looking forward to the cooler riding temperatures that had been forecasted for the Payson and Christopher Creek areas. 

 Ride Host, Bill Diem, gave the pre-ride briefing, and upon conclusion of his briefing, asked the members to divide into one of the four pre-assigned riding groups in preparation for departure.  Bill also advised the group that BMMC would be picking up the lunch cost for the members.

 It was a beautiful morning and everyone enjoyed a very pleasant ride to Christopher Creek.

 Bill and Marcia had arranged for lunch at the Creekside Steakhouse in Christopher Creek.  They worked with the staff to provide a special limited option menu for the group, allowing the staff to handle the lunch orders efficiently and in a timely manner.   

Upon our arrival at the Creekside Steakhouse, the staff was more than prepared for us, and orders were flying out of the kitchen. All enjoyed the club sponsored lunch, and the opportunity to kick back and socialize with friends.  Following lunch, members departed in all directions for the ride home. A group of riders traveled to Pine for pie, while some    retraced the route back to Phoenix, while others opted to enjoy a longer afternoon ride to Show Low for an overnight stay, returning to the valley on Sunday.   

 We sincerely want to thank Ride Hosts, Bill Diem and Marcia Henderson for planning and arranging this delightful scenic ride and fun lunch. It was GREAT!
